Rob Carnahan, Associate Broker
"Rob was raised in a ranching family in Northern California, a love for the outdoors, land, ranching and farming was implanted into him early and is part of his “DNA”. He worked as a title examiner researching the history of land and assisting in land transactions and estate challenges. Real estate and service became a passion that continues to this day.
A career in the fire service followed college, as did a family with a wife, Becky, and three sons. While in the fire service Rob rose through all the ranks becoming a fire chief in Clackamas County. He was active in state, national and international fire service organizations. In Oregon he had the responsibility of reviewing and developing land use plans to better address future population growth and emergency service needs. He was actively purchasing land for future fire stations in what would become strategic locations.
Upon retirement from the fire service, Rob became a licensed real estate broker, Realtor and Certified Land Broker (CLB) and focuses on rural commercial lands, farm, ranch, timber and recreational lands today. He is a broker at Wasco Realty serving the North Central Oregon areas."
